Our Services

Support Coordination services are for participants with a funded Support Coordination line. It is also for anyone who is Self or Plan Managed through their Core Supports or a range of other budget lines. Ask us how we can do this.

We can educate you on how to:

• Understand your NDIS plan and achieve the best outcomes.
• Build the capacity of the participant and their network to better understand the NDIS and its procedures.
• Resolve points of crisis.
• Facilitate participant's choice and control.
• Develop capacity within the participant's network.
• Negotiate service agreements and budgets.
• Liaise with providers around the effectiveness of support.
• Decide the budget for each type of support and negotiate prices and service agreements.
• ​Understand your plan and your plan management style. 
• Prepare for your annual review. 
• Access supports and services – both disability specific or preferably mainstream supports. 
• Negotiate prices and service agreements.
